Live Infinitely Exercise Ball

I have had a baby and keep looking at my stomach thinking that it could be more toned, so when the opportunity came to review this exercise ball, I jumped at it. This execise ball was really easy to set up and use right away. I liked that it came with a hand pump. The color is also very nice, being a pearlescent black. It is good quality that will take anything that comes its way. You also get to choose the size just right for you. Time will tell if this ball will help me tone, but I am hopeful. Ziggy Baby Crib Sheets

I received a set of Ziggy Baby crib sheets to review for free. I got them from Amazon at the following link: Ziggy Baby. They fit my son's crib mattress just fine. The set came with two sheets. One is white with grey polka dots and the other is white and grey chevron stripes. The sheets are made of jersey cotton, think of t-shirt material. I like that they are soft like this and not crisp cotton because they don't get as cold at night and wake my son. I also like that the colors are gender neutral.  Have you ever wanted to feel that clean, fresh from the dentist sensation only to realize that your next appointment is months away? Well, now you can clean your teeth in the privacy of your own home! I received a dental cleaning kit free for my honest opinion to do just that. Majestic Bay is selling a good quality set on Amazon. It includes a mirror and two double sided instruments. Just remember that when you use these, you need to be extra careful because these things are sharp! You could do real damage, so you need to know what you are doing and look up instructions for use.

Munk Athletic Hand Gripper

I got an item to blog about! This product came from applying on Tomoson's website and one of the requirements is to blog about it. I did receive this hand gripper for free in exchange for my honest review. I got the Munk Athletic Hand Gripper from Amazon and it is a decent beginner gripper. You get four different settings for resistance so that you can build your strength incrementally. It ranges from 22lbs to 70lbs. I have small hands and my husband has large hands and it fits us both comfortably. You might ask why one would need a hand gripper. Well, people recovering from strokes, stringed instrumentalists, and just the average person could all benefit from this. It works your fingers, hand, and forearm. It can be used right or left handed. You could take this with you to the office, you could use it watching TV or almost anywhere that you have a few minutes to spare. It fits well in a purse or bag and doesn't take a lot of room. I think this is a good buy for someone wanting to try grippers out without investing a lot of money and then you could work up from there.

The Point of This

  My inspiration for wanting to review items came while looking at Amazon. A lot of products had reviews that had the disclaimer about getting the product in exchange for review. That got me curious. How did they do that? I wanted to review products too, and so I turned to Google. At first, I didn't know exactly what I was looking for and I chased a few rabbit trails. I finally typed in "products to review for Amazon." The first thing that pops up is Amazon's vine program. This is by invitation only and for the top reviewers on Amazon. I definitely did not qualify for that. I am just getting started, so how could I get in the game? As it turns out, there are other websites, not affiliated with Amazon, that serve as middle men to get products from businesses to people that want to review them. You just need to know where to look and sign up. I joined quite a few different sites, but I found the majority want you to pay a small amount for the product to review it. I am not opposed to this, but my goal has become to not pay anything. (I did actually pay $1 for an item, but nothing since then.) This gave me four sites that I have done business with so far. In the first month, I received five products to review!

  BzzAgent is a different type of review program than the other three. You sign up, fill out surveys, and they approach you about campaigns to join. They like reviewing on social media and by word of mouth. The other three websites let you apply for products, but it is up to the business to accept or decline your application. Amz Review Trader is strictly about Amazon reviews, while Tomoson and Giveaway Service have other social media outlets that some businesses want reviews posted on as well as Amazon. Also, Tomoson requires you to have a blog in order to sign up with them. I wanted to be able to have more opportunities to review products, so I set up this blog, a facebook account, twitter, and instagram. I also want to set up a youtube channel eventually.
  This has been a learning process for me, but it's been a lot of fun, too. I like checking my email to see if I have been selected to try a product. It's like the lottery! You feel like you're winning every time you get a product to review. And as long as you put your reviews up, your chance of getting more opportunities grows. I am excited about this and can't wait to see what comes from this!

My First Post

I have decided that I want to start a blog. Well, I have to have something to blog about, so I decided that I will do a blog about products that I have gotten to review. This is a fairly new for me, but I really want to review things and share my opinion because somewhere out there it might make a difference to someone. So, for whatever it's worth, here we go!
